Have you even noticed how little kids always give their parents presents? And when I say presents, I mean they make something or give them an old toy or something like that, just because they want to make their parents happy. T?????a overheard S????i saying she needs to be stronger for something big. Hearing this, T?????a offers to give her some of his own basic training. Just a weeks worth of training from him would make her seem invincible to her opponents. He did this because he wanted to make her happy, just like an innocent little kid.

P.S. Yes that's S????i. She just looks different because her coat is off.
